Product Introduction

GBase 8s is a database product with completely independent intellectual property rights of GBASE (Nanda General Technology). It is a B2-level (international level 4) secure database, supporting national cryptographic algorithms. It supports mainstream development interfaces such as SQL99/2003, ODBC, JDBC, ADO.NET, GCI (OCI/OCCI), and Python. The SQL syntax is widely compatible with Oracle, maximizing the reuse of developers' database experience. It has a complete domestic ecosystem and is deeply adapted to domestic operating systems, middleware, and CPU chips. It supports shared storage clusters and two-site/three-center high-availability deployments.

GBase 8s is suitable for OLTP application scenarios, including critical core business systems in the financial and telecommunications industries, as well as information systems with high information security requirements in sectors such as security, party/government, and national defense. It can provide 7×24 uninterrupted operation processing capabilities.

Course Introduction

This course starts from scratch, covering GBase 8s database principles, installation and deployment, management and maintenance, and basic SQL syntax. Learning objectives: Be able to quickly deploy the 8s standalone version on the Linux operating system, master basic operations such as database operation and maintenance management, data import and export, backup and recovery, and understand stored procedure coding.

Training Plan

The entire course is divided into two stages: learning and certification exam. 13 days of learning (including mock exams) and 2 certification exam opportunities. Through daily learning reminders in the group, download of training-related materials, and technical Q&A from professional teachers, students will be guided from the basics to a deeper level, easily mastering the basic skills of GBase 8s database operations.
